To enable us to offer this superior level of PCB sourcing we have developed close relationships with a number of well established manufacturers in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and the USA. We identify a particular difficulty in procuring small quantities of quality boards from reliable, qualified manufacturers, without having to pay the excessive charges of the quick-turn prototype houses. Altec Group offers the solution to your small quantity requirements. We have made a speciality of supplying this requirement for smaller quantities of boards for both normal manufacturing as well as quick-turn prototyping.. We offer 5 to 10 day manufacturing lead time in pre-production quantities for single, double sided and multilayer boards. Quick-turn prototypes are offered with 3,5 or 7 day manufacturing leadtime.

Delivery.

Delivery can be made direct from factory to customers worldwide by DHL. Allow about 2- 3 days for in-store delivery. Altec Group arranges Customs clearance and any airport charges are included in our quoted price.

Quality aspects.

All manufacturers used by Altec Group hold at least ISO 9002 and UL qualifications. A number are QS9000 qualified as well. Altec Group has an ongoing formal auditing process of all of its suppliers in conjunction with regular factory visits to inspect all manufacturing and testing processes. All boards are fully electrically tested , usually by flying probe tester. Altec Group uses suppliers that are  ISO 9001 approved.
